C. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions (such as those involving $CSIM) take place on public blockchains (e.g., Solana). We may collect and display public wallet addresses and transaction histories associated with your account. Note: Public blockchain data is immutable and visible to anyone.

Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data. You can request account deletion by:
1. Navigating to the Settings menu within the CryptoSimple app.
2. Selecting "Account Management" and tapping "Delete Account."
3. Alternatively, you can email a deletion request to [Insert Support Email Address]. Please note that due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete transaction data that has been broadcasted to a public blockchain. We also may retain certain personal data as required by law (e.g., for financial record-keeping or AML compliance).

6. Children's Privacy

CryptoSimple is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

Our Service may contain links to external websites and services (e.g., Carrd, Smithii, Discord, Telegram, or The Apex University). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party platforms. Important Next Steps for App Store Approval:
