Privacy Policy for CryptoSimple

Effective Date: 1st April 2026

Welcome to CryptoSimple. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoSimple ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using CryptoSimple, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our Service, we must collect certain information. We gather information in three main ways:

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you create a CryptoSimple account, we may collect your name, email address, username, password, and phone number.

  • Financial and KYC Information: To comply with financial regulations (if applicable to your features), we may collect identity verification data (Know Your Customer/KYC), such as government-issued ID, date of birth, and linking information for funding sources.

  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact our support team, participate in our Discord/Telegram communities, or enroll in The Apex University courses.

  •

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device Information: We collect data about the device you use to access CryptoSimple, including hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers (like Apple IDFA or Google AAID), and mobile network information.

  • Usage Data: We track how you interact with our app, such as pages viewed, features used, crash reports, and the time and date of your activities.

  • Location Information: We may collect approximate location data (e.g., via IP address) to comply with regional crypto regulations and optimize our service.

  •

C. Public Blockchain Data

  • Blockchain Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions (such as those involving $CSIM) take place on public blockchains (e.g., Solana). We may collect and display public wallet addresses and transaction histories associated with your account. Note: Public blockchain data is immutable and visible to anyone.

  •

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: Processing transactions, managing accounts, and delivering the core functionality of CryptoSimple.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing malicious activity, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.

  • Communication: Sending you technical notices, security alerts, support messages, and updates about the $CSIM token, airdrops, and platform changes.

  • Improvement: Analyzing usage trends and diagnosing technical issues to improve the app's performance and user experience.

  • Legal Compliance: Fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

  •

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, identity verification services, customer support tools).

  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of CryptoSimple, our users, or others.

  • Business Transfers: If CryptoSimple is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  •

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures—including encryption, secure servers, and regular audits—to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and wallet seed phrases confidential.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We provide the following capabilities to all users to comply with Apple and Google app store requirements:

  • Access and Correction: You can access and update your account profile information directly within the CryptoSimple app settings.

  • Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data. You can request account deletion by:

    1. Navigating to the Settings menu within the CryptoSimple app.

    2. Selecting "Account Management" and tapping "Delete Account."

    3. Alternatively, you can email a deletion request to [Insert Support Email Address]. Please note that due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete transaction data that has been broadcasted to a public blockchain. We also may retain certain personal data as required by law (e.g., for financial record-keeping or AML compliance).

    4.

6. Children's Privacy

CryptoSimple is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to external websites and services (e.g., Carrd, Smithii, Discord, Telegram, or The Apex University). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party platforms. We encourage you to read their respective privacy policies before providing them with your information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy, placing a notice within the app, or sending you an email.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at:

Email: [Insert Email Address, e.g., privacy@cryptosimple.com]

Important Next Steps for App Store Approval:

  1. Host it online: Both Apple and Google require you to provide a live, accessible URL to your privacy policy (e.g., on your Carrd site). A PDF or Google Doc link is often rejected.

  2. Fill in the brackets: Make sure to replace all [Insert...] placeholders with your actual details.

  3. In-App Deletion: Apple strictly requires that if your app allows account creation, it must have an easily accessible account deletion option directly inside the app.
