Because our services involve digital assets, blockchain transactions, and intellectual property, our refund policy is designed to be fair while account for the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency.

1. Digital Products and Courses (The Apex University)

Our "Learn & Earn" programs and educational courses are considered digital goods.

No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to intellectual property and the ability to earn $CSIM rewards upon completion, all course purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical bug that prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit if the content is permanently inaccessible.

2. Cryptocurrency Presales ($CSIM)

Participation in the $CSIM token presale is governed by smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.

Finality of Transactions: All $CSIM presale purchases are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded by CryptoSimple.

Vesting Schedules: By participating, you acknowledge the 48-month team vesting period and the specific launch price mechanics. These are programmed into the protocol and are not subject to manual refund requests.

3. Crypto Swaps and Exchange Services

Blockchain Irreversibility: CryptoSimple facilitates peer-to-peer and liquidity-based swaps. Once a "Swap" has been executed on-chain, the transaction is permanent. We cannot retrieve funds sent to the wrong address or "undo" a trade due to market volatility.

Service Fees: Transaction fees (gas fees) paid to the network are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Ambassador and Reward Programs

Earnings: $CSIM tokens earned through the Ambassador Program, Learn & Earn, or monthly Airdrops are rewards for community participation and do not constitute a purchase. As such, they have no cash refund value.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases of duplicate billing for a subscription service (if applicable), we may issue a refund to the original payment method, provided the request is made within 48 hours of the transaction and no digital content has been consumed or rewards claimed.
