Terms and Conditions for the Crypto Simple Ecosystem

1. Acceptance of Terms
 

By accessing the Crypto Simple platform, participating in Apex University courses, or holding/trading the $CSIM token, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services and divest any $CSIM holdings.
 

2. The $CSIM Token
 

  • Nature of Token: $CSIM is a utility token designed for use within the Crypto Simple ecosystem, including but not limited to governance, fee discounts, and access to premium content at Apex University.

  • No Investment Advice: Holding $CSIM does not constitute an investment contract or a share in any legal entity. Crypto Simple makes no guarantees regarding the future value or liquidity of $CSIM.

  • Risk of Loss: Digital assets are highly volatile. You acknowledge that you may lose the entire value of your $CSIM holdings due to market fluctuations, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
     

3. Apex University (Educational Services)

  • Educational Purpose Only: All content provided by Apex University is for educational and informational purposes. No content should be interpreted as financial, legal, or tax advice.

  • No Guarantee of Success: Participation in Apex University courses does not guarantee profatibility in cryptocurrency trading or any other financial endeavor.

  • Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, and proprietary strategies remain the sole property of Crypto Simple. Users are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only.

4. User Responsibilities & Security

  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and digital wallets. Crypto Simple cannot recover funds lost due to compromised keys or "scam" transactions.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use these services. You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country or on a restricted persons list.

5. Prohibited Activities

​

Users agree not to engage in:

  • Market Manipulation: Including wash trading, "pump and dump" schemes, or spreading false information regarding $CSIM.

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code from the Crypto Simple platform or Apex University software.

  • Unauthorized Redistribution: Sharing Apex University premium content with non-subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Simple and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, the $CSIM token, or educational materials.

7. Modifications to Service

​

Crypto Simple reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the $CSIM token utility or Apex University curriculum at any time without prior notice.
